Quick and easy to use

Quick easy set up, straight forward to use online and app, always get back to me straight away if have any questions, had no issues with app, card or account, all straight forward and all work as they should, I have another account with another bank aslo and always problems with the online or app, so this makes a refreshing change Reviewed on: 12th February 2022

Quick, easy, straightforward

We love pur new bank so happy with the app, we see clearly the spending and even can add notes to them. We can create an extra saving 'pot'for holidays or something inside the account, it was easy to set up joint account. I highly recommend them Reviewed on: 12th February 2022

So glad I switched!

I used to bank with a traditional high street bank but was fed up of receiving different advice depending on branch/phone/Internet. It caused so many issues for me. A friend recommended Starling and its the best thing I've done. Easy to use. Brilliant ways to manage my money and keep on track. No branches, no problem

My experience with Starling is hugely satisfying. They do what it says on the tin. Having no branches is not a problem. If I need to pay in cash I can do it at a Post Office. The speed of transferring money between different bank accounts shocked my sister. Seconds, not minutes or days. They notify me of every transaction immediately. No Ifs no Buts.
