The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Business Banking Made Easy

Great business accounts including a very useful USD account. Simple to setup, with a great app. Also a shout out for excellent integration to with Xero now including the USD account. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

A Bank for the Modern Day

Fantastic bank, easy to use app with a plethora of features from easy bill management via spaces, to linking to investment and savings apps. Their focus is clearly on making banking work for the 21st century customer. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

Great bank

Great service. The Starling App is so customer friendly

Banking that's fit for modern day

Innovative thinking and clearly designed by people with modern-day technology in mind. I was tired of slow transaction updates, and a clunky online portal with my old bank so I made the switch to Starling and couldn't be happier. For too long banks have benefitted from the streamlining of a cashless society, online spending, and accelerated transactions but despite this, they have been woeful in enabling customers to better manage their finances with these advances, and still, they found time to patronize us with advertising campaigns about how much they care and want us to be better with money. Starling doesn't do this, it just makes banking easier, clearer and removes the fear around checking your balance as you always know what's happening with your money, and importantly it takes no extra effort or time.
