From loads of old accounts to Starling Spaces...

We had a number of old accounts in our other main bank. Rather than having to manage all the different payments in and out of the five accounts we switched it all to Starling using their Spaces facility to create 'sub accounts' whcih gave us a single view and easy management of our monthly finances. Fabulously easy and manageable.

I bank with the 3 most prestigious banks and building societies and Starling is my favourite. It's so easy to run. I like that you can section off pockets of money and make it your own. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

They were immediately on top form in helping me when someone tried to scam me for money, the cancelled and sent out a new card as when someone tried to use my card details at an airport. Always on hand to help if I need them! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Starling is a great bank.

Starling is a great bank. I’ve never had an issue that couldn’t be sorted promptly and in a professional manner. The app is very easy to use and you get reminders of bills, to make sure you have enough in. They also have made kite free which is brilliant for my kids. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Great features and good customer approach

Have been with Starling for 2.5 years and had a great experience with them so far. Had to reach out to the Customer Service a couple of times (including about stolen phone and card) and they were very quick, helpful and friendly. One of my favourite features (that I now can't imagine a bank without) are their "Spaces" option. It immensely helps me with budgeting and managing my finaces/bills for the month.
