The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Simple, does what it says on the tin

I was looking for something that easily covered my business needs without all the hassle of a high street presence. Opening account was relatively easy even for technology late adopters like me. Best on line bank

Brilliant banking

I could write for ages about ball the plus’s sides to banking with Starling, be it the excellent customer service or even just that i receive an alert on my phone telling me how much just left my account - usually before I have even turned away from the till! But I feel I must also share the down sides too... I have been banking with Starling for some time now and I have not found even one single thing to complain about or criticise. A Proper On-Line Bank!

A banking organisation that has been designed from the ground up to deliver customer services in a manner that exudes confidence to its users! Even when one is overseas, their customer service individuals are able to assist and calm one's nerves if something untoward happens. Simplistically stress free

I recommend Starling to everyone!

It may be sad at the age of 30, when things like banks excite you....but Starling does! I watch other people with their brick and mortar bank accounts trying to transfer money in large amounts to each other via their phones, or getting confused over pending payments and it now just winds me up because they should all be with Starling and it’s be so much easier!! I absolutely love this bank. The customer service is flawless and everything is just so easy and straightforward.
