The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Seamless

Banking with starling has been one of the most seamless experiences I have had in banking, from account opening, to payments, spaces and security. Also instant update of transactions. They really are a very different bank providing exceptional service. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

I found starling very easy and straightforward in all my dealings with them. From customer service to paying in money everything is just as simple as ABC.
