I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

I love the app. I love that I can get someone in a UK call centre if I need help - only happened twice and they were both lovely. Everything about starling makes banking easy. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 29th March 2021

So easy to use.

It is so easy to bank with Starling particularly through using their app. It is really clear for spending as the updates happen in real time. I love that when you are abroad you can instantly see the currency conversion and know your spending. It helps with budgeting too as you can allocate a category for spending.
