The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Banking made it so simple

Switched from HSBC to Starling Bank after 16yrs with HSBC where I felt never been considered as long time costumer. Yes I am not earning ££££££'s but I feel Starling made my banking so easy and so simple Plus customer service is really great, quick response and I feel secure Reviewed on: 27th March 2021

Wonderful experience

Fantastically simple banking

Starling continue to impress from the simple and secure opening process to the clever “invisible” savings through rounding up spend into a spaces pot. The app works every time and gets better with each release. Reviewed on: 27th March 2021

So easy to use

I signed up for a Starling Current Account last February and have been using it throughout lockdown for everyday spending. I've since started my own small online business, and Starling was my first choice of business account. I'm incredibly happy with how easy the app is to use, how quickly payments land in my account (compared to traditional, high street banks) and I also love the fact that I can get a small amount of interest on my personal current account too.
