The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Convenient and simple

I was nervous about opening a internet based bank. However after doing my research as I was looking at going for a holiday abroad I choose Starling and haven’t looked back. Setting up and opening the account was simple and straightforward without the need to spend hours in an appointment. Card arrived promptly and it is nice to also earn interest on your current account even if rates have dropped very low at the moment. Third party additions are also a real bonus and being able to get so much all out of one app with options for investments, spending perks, pensions and so much more. Really recommended. Brilliant

Best bank I have ever been with, easy to understand & love how you can save in different spaces & set up rounding off your money when you buy items on your card. For online banking which at 1st I was very sceptical about I am so glad I took the leap & put my money & trust in them. Would highly recommend. 10 out of 10 without a doubt. Very impressed and makes other banks seems old fashioned now

I have been with Starling for a couple of years now and have been very impressed. I love the instantness of seeing payments and also seeing payments due tomorrow. It makes other banks seem very limited. So much so, I have now moved my joint account and business account across as well.
