The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Great digital bank

I use my account for travel purposes. Very easy to move money from any account and keep track of exchange rate/account balance with instant notifications. I also feel secure using this card abroad and for online translactions. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

My Starling review

I am delighted with my account, the app is so good and easy to use. I especially like the option to block use of the card whenever. Also the confirm prompt you receive on cardholder not present. Keep it up Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

It's the ONLY British bank worth considering for this!

Just so far ahead of everybody else. They make everything simple for customers. The app is 20 years ahead if what ANYBODY else has. Their CEO is inspirational. They help me to organise my money and to save! Other banks bribe people to join them with cash payments, but none of them pay enough to make me leave Starling. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Online banking

Banking system is very good ,the app is very easy to use when transferring money and also when adding names to your account you can add where you are ,on like some banks you have to get home first or look for ur bank and use their card reader..when I opened my account it was straight forward very easy..I love Stirling bank I keep recommending my friends. Greta Bank for our time

Very efficient bank with great App and shows the other banks how a modern bank should be. Makes you realise how old-fashioned and inefficient the other banks are. Not had to try customer service because I have had no issues in the year I have had an account with them, hence have not needed to contact them. Just shows you how good they are. Superb Starling

I was initially dubious of opening a bank account that was only online, with no physical high street presence. Starling has shown me that it is superb at handling my account and all my fears were not valid. The simplicity of the app shows how much thought has gone into the details; the app can do everything that I need. The end result is that I am extremely pleased that I opened my Starling account.
