Dead wood

Easy

Very easy to set up, easy to manage your money.. just a great experience all round. Would recommend to anyone.. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020

Excellent experience so far

Card services has been the best I've experienced. Being able to turn on / off certain features, e.g. disable when I'm not sure if it's lost without having to call up and reorder a new one which arrived 2 days later... simplicity I don't get with HSBC. Not to mention the fee free currency exchange. I haven't transferred all of my banking over so I don't know if the honeymoon period will persist but so far, excellent. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020

Nothing bad to say

The whole app and banking process is seamless, painless and intuitive. A bank needn't be revolutionary to be noticed, rather just do everything a bank should do well. Big banks take note: Starling is well ahead of the curve. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020

Versatile and customer focussed

Easy to open the account, helpful staff, great app, no fees to take cash out overseas (and no limit), overall great bank. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020

Easy to use banking experience

I recently joined this bank after seeing it advertised and I think it is the easiest bank I have used. It’s easy to put money in and within seconds of using the card in a shop a notification is sent to me with an update of my account , so I know in an instant what I have spent and how much is in my account Reviewed on: 28th January 2020

Helps track spending

It's just so easy and great value
