Excellent product

I’ve had limited need to contact their customer service team, but when I did it was very efficient. Since we’ve moved to them we’ve been able to control our money so much better that we’ve cleared our old £2k over draft and started saving more. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Modern Banking is Awesome

In the main they have been very good.

In the main they have been very good. I like the app and it is easy to achieve most things I want to. Hoiwever, several times I have tried to get a particular issue resolved but have not got any satisfaction. This has cost me £200 so far and I am still waiting for some help. Simply brilliant

Whatever I ask, whenever I ask it, the response is prompt and apposite. The app keeps me fully informed of what's happening, what will happen and when it happened in the past. And quickly.
