Starling has changed the way I bank forever. As a small business owner (I also have a Starling business account) AND sole trader, flexibility is the key, and Starling provides that, in spades. Plus the saving spaces are GENIUS and an absolute godsend! Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

I can’t fault Starling bank.

I can’t fault Starling bank, every issue has been quickly resolved by customer service, including fraud. I have never experienced any issues with getting in touch with customer service and feel fully supported. This is my first experience of an online only bank and do not feel I miss out on anything due to the fact they don’t have face to face branches. I am very happy. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
