The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

No ATM charges abroad is a bonus

Having no ATM charges abroad is a particular bonus for me, but the app and the ability to set up different accounts (Spaces) so I can budget for all of my various outgoings is brilliant. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

I switched from Santander

I switched from Santander, whose changes to banking were high-handed. Starling has a great online setup for banking. It is very clear, and straightforward. Starling seems to think ‘what would the customer like’? Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Great On Line Banking
