Just the thing

I have been with Starling for a few years now. Banking with them has proved to be to the point, no fuss, no hassle. The app and their banking services have been extended since I first started so functionality and banking features are constantly improved/reviewed. The app is stable and it's easy to navigate to where you want to go. I'm very pleased with the introduction of their one year fixed interest saver account. The only reason I haven't given full marks is that - happily - I haven't encountered any banking problems that would have tested their customer services or technical helplines, and hence I can't comment on their performance in these areas. I'd be very happy to recommend banking with Starling to friends and family. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Additional needs friendly

I have autism and ADHD and with this comes dyscalculia, a number dyslexia. I can manage my account very easily with the app. It's a great visual tool for me and breaks things down into manageable pieces. I don't feel like Starling is trying to con me by hiding things then charging me like other banks do. A simple to use, honest service. Just right for me. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Revolutionised our banking

The app is such a great tool for managing money. It is so helpful to be able to assign categories to your spending and track them, and I find the savings space feature incredibly useful as well. This is a huge step up from our previous experience with Barclays. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Love Starling!

I absolutely love the way Starling bank accounts operate. I get notifications of transactions which is really helpful, the 'spaces' feature is genius. The app is really easy to to use. Staring bank is a fast and friendly bank

When I lost my bank card, somebody called and informed them, they informed me and take appropriate action to cancel that card and issue a new one in a very short time without putting any stress on me. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
