The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Banking made easy

Account was so easy to open and banking with starling is easy simple and hassle free on their great banking app. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

User-friendly

Love their app, it's very user-friendly. The pots feature allows me to reach my savings goals easily and to better control how I spend my money. I always recommend Starling because they're simply just the best bank I've been with so far, none of the usual faff of doing anything by having to go to a branch. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Online banking made simple

I didn’t realise how easy online banking could be until I opened a Starling bank account. It’s the little things that count notifying me in advance of payments going out and alerting me when I pay someone. Instant customer service available if needed .
