Love the bank

I absolutely love Starling bank, for both personal, business and joint banking. The app is super easy to use, the customer service is excellent and I love the functionality for tracking spending in the app across merchants and categories. I switched from Barclays Bank to Starling because I've found the latter particularly technologically-advanced enough to suit my needs. Easy, great app, would thoroughly recommend.

Easy to set up, easy to make a joint account and switch from our current joint account. The app is excellent. Love the way you can move between accounts so easily and ability to add attachments to payments is very useful. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024

Intuitive Banking

The system with saving spaces makes life so easy. There are many useful ideas such as Bill splitting. I have always felt safe with the banking app. Their system offers a bank system that is so reliable and intuitive that banking just melts into the background of life due to the complete lack of stress.. The app is so easy to use, it's clearly a bank with online presence in mind. My old bank was a bricks and mortar type and their app was quite old fashioned by comparison. Any time I've needed to contact customer support they've been really responsive and helpful. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024
