The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Starling has my vote!

I love the freedom of the spaces. They really has helped me get ahead of my finances. It's all there at my fingertips. I am so pleased with making the change to Starling, that I am happy to do take the time to do this as they are worth the effort. I have only needed to contact customer services twice. Starling are so easy to deal with!

Starling are so easy to deal with! I have been with them since 2019 and they have never caused me any issues. When I had an issue with Deliveroo they were so helpful and got me the money back in no time at all. I love their continual innovation, and recommend them to all my friends. A bank born digital

It took a while to understand the difference that a bank “born digital” makes. Reset pins on your phone. Apply for an overdraft on your phone. Set-up spaces on your phone. Get notifications on your phone. Very cool! Reviewed on: 13th April 2024
