Easy to navigate and use app. 'Spaces' allow you to put money away in different allocated pots so that you can allocate funds to different areas, car insurance, tax bill, holidays etc. Good communications from the Bank and when I had an issue from a third party, I found the Bank helpful and practical. It was really hard for me when I moved to the UK to open a bank account. I was recommended Starling bank and have been using it for 3 years now. The app is so easy to use, great to track purchases and keep them organised. Also, works amazingly good outside of the country! So is great for holiday :) Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Excellent customer service!

Easy to use app

The app is incredibly user friendly, I can access my balance at any time. I like the fact that when direct debits are due I’m notified the day before and transfers are very easy to do. I have been with Starling for over a year now and I have been extremely impressed with the service I have received. I would and do recommend this bank to all my friends. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

An easy efficient bank

Money is always paid straight into my account, I have different ‘spaces’ set up where my account automatically puts money away for bills and savings etc, which you can set up to how you see fit. You can review your spending easily and it categorises your spending to make it easier to see where your money is going! All in all excellent bank!! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Starling is the best bank I've ever had. Everything is so easy and straightforward it's impossible to understand why other banks make things so complicated! Their costumer service is brilliant; quick to reply, they give you all the answers you need and solve everything as fast as possible - no delay anywhere, friendly and helpful. Various in-app options make banking, saving and keeping track of your spending and finances super easy. I constantly recommend Starling to everyone around me.
