Starling bank is the simplest way to bank I know All your information is at your fingertips on the app and tbh I use only this account now after switching from my other bank For me it’s the simplicity that scores it so high Along with a card that has no card I for in the front which is also a plus you can also get a pin reminder and switch your pin when needed I love the video security checks when you open the account which is hard to fake should anyone get your personal information all in all an excellent bank Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

I love the spaces where I can send the few pennies from purchases to add up and the monthly payments. I can budget so much more easily when I know my bills are taken care of. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Very convenient to use although I don't use all of the features. 3 areas to look at. 1. Remove cash deposit fees 2. Shouldn't need a password to transfer to another account in my name that I transfer to regularly. 3. Could do with a linked savings account or at least a decent bit of interest on the current account. Given the current Bank of England interest rates thos should be possible. The current account is very easy to use and has helpful features such as Spaces. it is very easy to keep track of your money, to pay bills and so on. It is much easier to use than a standard bank with website. I am much more aware of my current account balance. I am 73 by the way and had no problem moving my account and using Starling. Starling is easy to use and navigate, it makes spending secure with instant notification, online purchases safe with instant verification and enables & encourages you to budget with fantastic saving spaces and categorisations.
