Great features and great service

Brilliant

Spot on up to date banking. Let's me know when I spend there and then through my phone. Makes sure that i am aware of scammers and asks a lot of questions before i transfer. Which makes me stop and think twice before proceeding. Very knowledgeable staff as will help with any query and no automated service or long waits for phone calls as can sort out online with starling staff. Great Bank all round

Been with Starling a couple of years now and their app is so convenient, cheques clear with 1 working day usually and if you have a problem you can have an online chat straight away. Really happy with the service. Before this I was with NatWest for 20+ years and Starling are 100% better. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
