One example of exemplary customer service

An example, I had to contact you because I thought a fraudulent transaction had gone through my account. Your helpful customer service agent was extremely polite, knowledgeable and friendly in explaining what could have happened, what I needed to do next and if this didn't work then to get in touch again. Suffice it to say, the problem was resolved with minimal fuss tand inconvenience to myself. It's reassuring that you can talk to a person who knows how to interact with customers and resolve problems with minimum fuss. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Great. Excellent 24 hour service. Easy to speak to a real person for advice. Easy to organise spending and saving for major bills, holidays etc. You can see clearly when you are waisting too much money on eating out, coffee shops etc. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
