The best digital bank

I’m using starling for 3 years now and convinced some family and friends to switch to it too. Nobody complained yet :) Personally I find next things very helpful: * very good exchange rates in EU. This saves me ~5-10 pounds per 100 pounds, obviously, depending on how greed banks are in holidays country. * saving spaces. They improved them quite a while last year. I was trying to start budgeting for several years, but only Starling made it easy and built this habit in me. * Great spending tracking with many categories and charts. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Easiest account I've ever had. 24/7 online customer service.

Easy to transfer money. Easy to contact customer support. I love that you can create spaces to put money for saving up and bills and that money can stay separate. I know where everything is and it gives me piece of mind. I don't like a few things like the 'pending'. If you cancel a pending transaction you have to have it in writing from the seller that they do not intend to take the money and Starling have been difficult to deal with when this happens as they are the ones holding the money. Also there are a few places that do not accept this as a bank account for set up, so you need a back up account. That's inconvenient. Hopefully that will change soon. For someone that does everything on my phone, this is the easiest banking app I've had. The contact less card is great. I cannot go overdrawn so i have piece of mind Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Best current account in the market

Moved to Starling two years ago from a high street provider and haven’t regretted it a single day. Love the mobile functionality, including the spending pits and the new virtual cards. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Easy and practical

It's just so easy!
