Starling, Simply the Best!

Account very easy to set up initially…very easy to use….easy to transfer money….like the alerts when you make a transaction…..has helped me to manage my money much better resulting in no requirement for an overdraft. Much more effective way of managing my finances than the standard high street banks. They may not have branches but you can always get a human being on the phone.

Really good bank, much easier to access and manage my account than when I was with a high street bank. No need to find a parking space for a start! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Exactly how a bank should be

Only opened my account by accident, was looking for information on international banking and if an internet bank would be easier in order to talk to someone I had to register and 10 mins later I had opened an account i at least could phone them. An actual person answered my phone call and answered my question straight away the call didn’t last more than 5 minutes. 2 days later I received my debit card so impressed by there efficiency I decided to start using it and up to date I have no complaints Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Only good experiences.

My wife’s debit card was stolen when we were on holiday in Rome. What could have been a terrible worry and a disaster was instead a minor inconvenience after one phone call to a member of Starling staff. Similarly when I discovered a unauthorised transaction on my account it was dealt with very quickly and a new card issued within a few days. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
