User-friendly app backed up by friendly people

The app is easy to use and regularly has updates and improvements. I’ve only had need to contact the bank a couple of times but it’s easy to do so, you get prompt and personal replies rather than pre-written generic answers and you feel they care for their customers. Outstanding

Having been a longtime customer of RBS, I joined. Starling Bank after years of dealing with inadequacy and incompetency from RBS at an unimaginable scale!!
