Excellent bank, excellent customer service!

Starling bank was recommended to me when I was looking for an account to handle my Spanish bills. I took out their sterling account and added a Euro account. The process was straightforward and completed quickly. Any issues I have had have been 3rd party issues and if I needed help, it was easy to get and responses were super quick. One thing that makes my life so much easier is the ‘heads up’ messages I get the day before a direct debit is going out. Fantastic bank! Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

The banking standard

I used to bank with NatWest and after endless amounts of hassle and problems I moved to starling. I was skeptical at first due to the fact that it was an ‘online’ bank but that just makes it 10x better. You can do cheques online and you don’t get told to ‘go to a branch’ because it is too much of an issue. They moved my direct debits so fast, I got my verification and card so fast and if you do need to contact them you know they are always there for you in chat. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Easy compared to my old bank
