Modern account that is always developing

Had Starling account a few years now, it was good to begin with and has developed new features since all really useful. So much better than all of the High St accounts. Reviewed on: 25th February 2023

Very efficient and safe.

Really excellent bank and customer service

The online interface is straight forward to use and provides a wealth of insights that enables me to manage spending. I love the way they move odd amounts into a separate savings bucket. I have never been good at saving, this feature is a big help. Reviewed on: 25th February 2023

excellent

I use the app to review all my accounts that I have with the bank, I visit the EU regularly and have a Euro account too and love that I can use the same card there too. The app allows me to move my money very easily between all my accounts, with a great rate fro cross transfer to my euro account. I like the fact that if I purchase anything online, that there is a security option and approval on the app to ensure that I am paying. There is always a prompt to ensure that I am not being scammed. I also converted my husband to Starling and we now have current, euro, joint and business accounts with Starling. All on the same app! Reviewed on: 25th February 2023

Ease of getting in touch.

Customer service is fast and very helpful, the account is easy to use. Knowing how you are spending your money, with the different categories. Saving spaces is a brilliant tool to have and the childs card linked is so useful and handy. Reviewed on: 25th February 2023
