Absolutely amazing bank to be with

I've been with Starling since 2018 and I've never had a problem with them, there always quick to get back to me if I've had any questions. The app is so easy to use, I've recommended them to loads of friends that have move from traditional high street banks to them and there so much happier that they have moved bank as well. Get the basics right; add innovation

So useful and easy to use

Easy to keep a track of your money. Quick glance allows you to see where and on what you’ve spent your money. Saving spaces really helps to put money aside for whatever you’re saving for. I love using this app and managing my money better. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

You can Bank on Starling!!

This bank actually cares about its customers. The service is second to none, prompt, polite and professional. The app is so very clear and easy to use with features that are practical and useful, no gimmicks, no coupons off day trips or mobile phone insurance,but, help with direct debits, bill paying, savings and things that a bank should provide. I am not faced with enormous fees, or littered with ' special offers for car breakdown cover' etc. They are my Bank, I am extremely happy customer. Honestly, other banks need to look at themselves in the mirror. Starling do what they say and they do it better than any other bank I have been a customer of A Starling that flies as an eagle!! Simply the Best Banking Experience there is

I have had a Current Account with Starling Bank since late 2018, after it was suggested to me by a friend. I nervously took the jump, after having a most disappointing experience with my previous bank, whom I'd been with since 1998. I have not looked back since. They have far exceeded my expectations, as to how much easier having online only Banking could be, over high Street Banking. I would never leave them now, bar something truly awful happening. They have my unswerving loyalty now, as I just cannot fault the stress free experience enough. It's just an absolute joy to use Starling, and to also feel a part of. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Very Easy Internet banking

Starling has helped me to keep within my budget especially in these difficult times. The app is so easy to navigate. The bill manager is so simple but takes the headache out of paying all the bills on time. I'm 78 yrs old so not a fully qualified computer techie. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

The best service

Easy to use and updates as soon as you use your card. I have had to contact them on 2 occasions which was easy and they were very helpful. Also no charge when using in other countries. A real benefit when travelling. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023
