Banking is so old fashioned. With starling you can open an account quicker than you can eat your dinner. Brilliant app. Love the text everytime you make a purchase. Easy to contact on the phone should you need them. Overall a brilliant experience in banking. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Amazing and Incredible easy banking

Thank you Starling, I have never been happier with a bank account. Opened a current account with Starling in October 2018 and I don't know how I managed my money before then. Quite simply, I didn't. The banking facility improves all the time. I am able to move money into virtual spaces 'glass jars' to you and me, and bills can be allocated straight from the 'space' allowing you to spend freely without the worry of going overdrawn or overspending. Just recently, you can use allocated spend by creating a 'virtual space' to be used over the counter! Absolutely, incredible. Thank you! Have recommended it to everyone I know. Starling has simply been everything a bank should be. Putting its customers at the heart of everything and the results have been phenomenal. Banking as it should be. Can do everything on the app quickly and easily. Kite card is brilliant for my son and the spaces are really handy. Using abroad is fee free which saves a fortune. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

I am so glad I came across Starling. I had ADHD and higher functioning autism, and sometimes trying to find a way through Apps can be very challenging for me - not because they are bad but because they are too slow! Starling allows me to do things quickly but safely. If I am using it for a third party transaction they always ask me to confirm whether I really requested the payment and also highlights whether I have been asked to do something on behalf of someone else: a built-in safety mechanism. I have also used the online discussion, and found the agent knowledgable and able to assist me. I have recommended Starling to my family who have found it excellent as well.
