Have been using Starling for a number of years, really easy to use app, great for budgeting and organising your finances with spaces. Haven't used the round-up feature but think it's great that it's there. Comms are good, relevant and interesting emails and info given. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026

I've never had such a good experience with a mobile app before. I've been using Starling for about 3 years now and the app works seamlessly and you can do everything you need to through; which is probably why their customer service team respond so quickly when you start a chat. Fantastic Experience

So easy to set up a new account and they take over and transfer all DD's and SO's from old bank to them. Really easy to use and navigate website and mobile site, easy to set up and transfer monies, lovely the spaces section and setting up a savings account was just simple.
