I had an issue with fraudulent payment which i questioned via the app. Through about 15 mins of chat with an agent within the app it was resolved, i was refunded and the issue completely resolved. Brilliant customer service. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Great Experience All Round

The saving spaces are really helpful as well as the round up feature. No charges for using the card abroad, love the new ideas such as the virtual cards that are coming through or being able to pull a Direct Debit through directly form a space. Cannot recommend enough. Wish Starling had existed decades ago

I have so much more control over my finances through my Starling bank account than I ever had with old banks. I'd be a great deal richer now if Starling had been around longer. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Just brilliant!

A bank that is definitely ahead of the game and showing the others how it should be done. Great to be part of an organisation serious about environmental impact and even have a fully developed net zero plan and trajectory… which is great! Starling continually introduce new features that enhance customers ability to manage their own finances. Customer care and great communication is key and Startling provide that in bucket-fills! Fantastic bank and app!
