Easy to use

Much more current & relevant than my highstreet bank which seems so antiquated in comparison. I have real-time view of my spending, can access customer support easily online. Very responsive and now my kids have their own accounts/spaces. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Awesome service

I started using Starling a few years ago and it has been an incredible experience. I can do everything I need and I also have business and Kite accounts. Simple, easy and reliable

App is simple to use. In the unlikely event of a query a quick response system is in place and answer on the same day. (It has taken two weeks to just get an acknowledgement of a complaint with another bank and now waiting on their response.) Reviewed on: 24th February 2023
