Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Best Bank in the UK!

I would recommend this bank to everyone out there. Application itself is very intuitive and has brang lots of fantastic features that can be done in one tap on a device anywhere and anytime. The smoothness makes it effortless to track spending, budgeting finances and also offers excellent customer support both phone and in-app chat. Any problems? All sorted by real humans instantly. I really can't recommend enough. I would give it more than 5 stars if only it was possible. Overall, this bank is outstanding and puts us in ease with the continuous updates or changes all through the application. Online banking is incredible too! Excellent job Starling! Excellent Current Account. So simple to use. The App is 2nd to none. All you need, all for free

Great experience with Starling Bank. There are many useful quality of life features on the app, all for free. Recently, they introduced a way to pay by a virtual debit card linked to a saving space. This is very useful to managed and keep track of all the subscription services I use. As it is an app-based bank, adding money in cash is not as easy as with some other banks. Fantastic customer service, so easy to use!

Starling makes a refreshing change from traditional banks. Everything is done through the app which is really easy to use. They are quick and responsive to respond to online messages when you need support. I've never had a problem so I have to give them five stars. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2023
