Been with Monzo and Starling banks Starling stands out with fee free atm abroad , free cash deposit at post office, low overdraft fees and just feel better. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Never had a problem

Starling Bank have been great, started using them from the start and watched them grow into a Bank. Customer service is really avaliable 24/7 for any issues, unlike some of the well known High Street banks. Fees have been very reasonable so far, some other start ups/fintechs have already hiked up their fees beyond Starling's. Reviewed on: 28th January 2023

Outstanding

Best bank in the UK by far

Have been with a number of the usual 'main stream banks' over the last 55 years, all as equally lacking as each other. Since moving to/being with Starling they are like a breath of fresh air for once I feel like a valued customer and support is great. Reviewed on: 27th January 2023
