Amazing Bank. Customer service is the best!

Banking with starling has been a pleasure, I have banked with them for 4 years now and it’s been hassle free. Any issues with payments etc. they are there to help and resolve within 24 hours. They are the bank of the future and can 100% say, they care for their customers unlike other banks around. They protect all customers with all their effort! Smple and functional

It's "just" a current account, but that's something so many banks get wrong. Starling does it well, the app's not overly complicated and not obtrusive but it's there and just works when you need it. Everything to hand and easily accessed. Reviewed on: 24th January 2023

Best bank

Innovation such as spaces, the tools for control of spending and the multi currency debit card are just not available at other banks. Reviewed on: 24th January 2023

Fantastic product and support

Firstly, the sign-up process was great. No need to go to a physical bank, just proof of ID, proof of address and using the app to scan your face so it can biometrically verify it against your ID. Once verified, you get your card within 3-4 days (Royal Mail dependant), and activate it in the app. I have been with Starling for almost a year and I love the development it is constantly making and listening to community feedback.
