Easy to set up and great customer experience

Starling's app and service behind if has been designed to make things easy for its users, the notifications are really handy for our joint account and the messages when bills are due to go out of the account soon. Reviewed on: 24th January 2023

Easy to use

Easy to use and the customer service is amazing. If I need help or even if I need to inform myself about something. The on-line chat is amazing tool. Within 2 minutes you will get connected to someone who is ready to help with anything. Easy and Reliable

I've never had any issue with Starling. It was a very smooth sign up process and it's been like that since then. I get details of my income and spending very easily and it automatically puts labels through which I can track my spending. Reviewed on: 24th January 2023

Hands best current account out there!!

Starling offers you all what you need and more with their current account. Its safe to I have tried multiple account with other banks like monzo revolut and monese, but with starling you can never go back Reviewed on: 24th January 2023

Inovative, lots of new ideas, easy to use

Cheques are dead, cash is dead, digital is king.

Modern banking for the modern age. Yes, you can still pay in cash via the post office and scan cheques via the app (are you listening, Monzo?), but digital is the way to go. I don't need an old-fashioned bricks-and-mortar bank with it's clunky online offering. Everything I do, I can do via the app, and it... just works. The new virtual cards (which are free to set up) help me segregate my spending, and the breakdown of spending by category and merchant helps me see where I'm (over?)spending. Support via the app has always been quick and efficient on the very rare times I've had to use it. Reviewed on: 24th January 2023
