The competitor!

Having relocated back to the UK after a long stint living overseas, I've been blown away by the ease of setting up and using Starling, especially compared to the challenges I had with getting back into my long-term high street bank account. Exceptional banking experience

I moved to the UK in April 2020 during COVID lockdowns and quite literally could not open a bank account with the big 4 because they needed me to come to a branch (all closed) to verify my id documents. I found Starling and it took less than a day to get a full bank account and instant virtual debit card. I’ve banked with starling as my primary account ever since Reviewed on: 24th January 2023

So easy to use, far more options and assistance than any other bank.

As an old person, I though ebanking would be difficult. I have found that going with Starling is the best decision I have made in a long time. Easy to use and with multiple options as to how you can personalise your own account to tell you what you want to know, when you want it. The savings sections are brilliant. I'd give it 100%. Perfection!

I have a personal and a joint account with Starling - both seamless. Any times I have had to get in touch, the customer service has been outstanding and efficient.
