Why didnt I switch sooner

I've never had a positive thing to say about a bank until I moved to Starling

I always thought of banks as a necessary evil with not a lot to choose between them. Until I moved to Starling. I moved my current account and then my business account there and the transition was so smooth I almost didn't notice it. On the rare occasions that I've had to deal with them on the phone (it was outside circumstances rather than having a problem with them) they were easy to contact, straightforward to deal with and actually a pleasure to talk to. Never thought I'd say that about a bank! Their accounts are great, the app is amazing and I love their commitment to keeping things simple and straightforward. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2022

Excellent Mobile Banking

The app makes online banking a breeze and is so much better than most high-street banks counterparts, also the easy access to customer support live chat removes the need for waiting on hold because they respond in a minute or less most of the time. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2022
