Very simple and straight forward to use.

The account is used from my phone, I particularly like the pop up's advising of a payment made or received to the account. Reviewed on: 30th March 2022

Best bank this country has

Starling stand out from the crowd. The way they have designed their bank makes it so easy to use. The costs are far less than any high street bank who are more interested in taking your money than helping you keep some in there, especially in this climate. Great innovative and reliable bank!

I have been with starling a few years now and it continues to impress me. From its investment practices to its development of new features, I stand (as someone who has tried over 10 different banks) to say that starling is by far the best to date. I am constantly impressed by the new features added, and have made use of almost all of them, (aside from their marketplace feature) making managing and general administration when it comes to personal finance, much easier. The only downside, abs the reason I cannot recommend to more people is that a lot of the older generation still use cash, and the maximum of 10 free deposits per year is a true limitation. The post office as a drop off is a convenience though! Try starling, it’s great :) Reviewed on: 30th March 2022

Easy quick and efficient

Basically great

Both the bank and the companion app are very good. They have great features and there's a lot of consideration and quality there. Though there are a few issues I encountered that were frustrating: 1. no option to view both of my starling accounts (personal and joint) on the home screen of the app. 2. Online chat operators not reading my reported issue. 3. Switch process to move my joint account to starling required me to create a new joint account first then switch into it, which I've never had to do before when switching. 4. After starting the switch and going through verification with my partner, tapping the switch notification (advising I needed to confirm some details) didn't take me to where I needed to go in the app, so eventually had to select option to start a new switch for the app to inform me there was already a switch in progress and continue from there. Aside from these issues, everything works beautifully. Reviewed on: 30th March 2022

Easy efficient.

I know exactly where my money is when it's going out. Starling Bank app excellent. They've got over the phone support if you need it. You can deposit money easily through post offices. Only downside is your limit to £1000 paying in cash a year before thy charge you a a percentage fee. (As we going more cashless society this isn't a problem these days.) The banking app notifies you soon as you buy something and updated immediately so you know where you are. Reviewed on: 30th March 2022
