Fabulous

I’ve always had different pots of money to save for different things but have always had to maintain spreadsheets to do it. Now I don’t have to. And making an online purchase safely by approving it in my app - fantastic. And other high street banks have only just caught on to this whilst Stirling have been doing it all along. Finally, I had a query regarding an online refund and their customer service team sorted the problem out in a flash via chat. I’ve used chat with other high street banks and the delay time between messages was incredibly painful. So easy

This app is so easy to use and the account information is updated immediately after transactions whereas currently my wife has to wait over a day or more for her co-op current account to update. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022
