Fabulous

I’ve always had different pots of money to save for different things but have always had to maintain spreadsheets to do it. Now I don’t have to. And making an online purchase safely by approving it in my app - fantastic. And other high street banks have only just caught on to this whilst Stirling have been doing it all along. Finally, I had a query regarding an online refund and their customer service team sorted the problem out in a flash via chat. I’ve used chat with other high street banks and the delay time between messages was incredibly painful. Would I recommend to others? - yes and I do this all the time which I have never done with any other bank I’ve been with. Bravo Stirling Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

The best bank in UK

Quick easy to use and its helpful and prompt staff as well as its mobile app for being easy to use and leagues ahead of other banks, Instant notifications of payments in and out, free debit card spending abroad. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Easy efficient versatile banking

So easy

This app is so easy to use and the account information is updated immediately after transactions whereas currently my wife has to wait over a day or more for her co-op current account to update. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

The BEST bank we have!

I love Starling. I started with a personal account and loved it. Now I use Starling as my business bank, and have a euro account and couldn't be happier. I could never understand why I had to pay for a bank account as a small business- I didn't get any rates, over drafts or loan offers- I just had to pay for the privilege EVERY month. There is non of that naughtiness with Starling. They are transparent- when I spend money I can instantly see, I can transfer easily and the easiness of the pots it essential to my finance management now! In my eyes they just keep getting better and better. If only high street banks had moved with the times they might just stand a chance. User friendly
