The BEST bank we have!

I love Starling. I started with a personal account and loved it. Now I use Starling as my business bank, and have a euro account and couldn't be happier. I could never understand why I had to pay for a bank account as a small business- I didn't get any rates, over drafts or loan offers- I just had to pay for the privilege EVERY month. There is non of that naughtiness with Starling. They are transparent- when I spend money I can instantly see, I can transfer easily and the easiness of the pots it essential to my finance management now! In my eyes they just keep getting better and better. If only high street banks had moved with the times they might just stand a chance. The Starling App is outstanding and should be a showcase to the rest of the banking world. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Seamless Digital Banking

I have a personal and business account with Starling. They are both straightforward and easy to use. Administration via the app is comprehensive and easy. My only criticism is having to post high value cheques to pay in. Other than that, I would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Amazing security and easy user experience

Starling mobile banking is extremely easy for customers of all age groups. it is fun to use and money management in your account is instantaneous. With that comes unparalleled security for complete peace of mind. Ever since I joined Starling back in 2019, I never looked back to traditional banking. Starling people are very good at communication, simple and effective. Everybody understands. There are copy cat versions popping up each year, but security is the most important thing in a fast changing digital world and Starling for me is the winner. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Assured banking

I have been with Starling Bank since 2021. I don't expect much in regards to personal wealth but I have never once experienced that my income was my banks money until I joined Starling. Customer care is exceptional. It's like having a personal bodyguard by your side when a problems arise. They're always there. 24/7. Everything is so quick to correct when you make the wrong purchase or decision. Even withdrawing my money is rapid. I've never asked them for anything other than transparency. I always recieve it.
