Seamless Digital Banking

I have a personal and business account with Starling. They are both straightforward and easy to use. Administration via the app is comprehensive and easy. My only criticism is having to post high value cheques to pay in. Other than that, I would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Amazing security and easy user experience

Starling mobile banking is extremely easy for customers of all age groups. it is fun to use and money management in your account is instantaneous. With that comes unparalleled security for complete peace of mind. Ever since I joined Starling back in 2019, I never looked back to traditional banking. Starling people are very good at communication, simple and effective. Everybody understands. There are copy cat versions popping up each year, but security is the most important thing in a fast changing digital world and Starling for me is the winner. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Assured banking

I have been with Starling Bank since 2021. I don't expect much in regards to personal wealth but I have never once experienced that my income was my banks money until I joined Starling. Customer care is exceptional. It's like having a personal bodyguard by your side when a problems arise. They're always there. 24/7. Everything is so quick to correct when you make the wrong purchase or decision. Even withdrawing my money is rapid. I've never asked them for anything other than transparency. I always recieve it. why starling bank is the best

The card came a few days after ordering it. Bank transfers and quick and easy to do, it saves all of the previous transfer information so you can send and receive money easily from family members, friends and your place of work. They also send out email updates about things happening on the app so you always know what’s new. Easy to change/reset password if needed, and overall good customer service.
