Great all-round experience

After nearly 40 years of being an RBS customer I switched to Starling because of RBS' poor record on violations. The switch was so easy, customer service is superb, the app easy to use and the Starling debit card (that easily switches between my Current and Euro accounts) is clever and extremely useful. All-in, no regrets at leaving RBS and glad to be a customer of a challenger bank. Thanks Starling. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022

Watch your finances on the go.

Ethical and easy to use

Since switching to starling I have continued to be pleased with my choice - a bank which has strong ethics is vital to me. But even if it isn't a thing for you I'd still recommend them - banking by app in the 21st century just makes sense, and feels more secure than others I've used previously. I LOVE this bank! Starling very difficult to beat!

Everything works for me with this bank. There is nothing to fault it. Customer service is 24/7 and UK based with well spoken staff, no strong accents to struggle with and no long waits for a reply. I earn interest every month Never go overdrawn I'm notified as soon as I make a card payment. I love all the separate spaces that can be set up to keep different funds apart from your main account. Especially like the ability to transfer money to keep separate for my bills. That way I know that what's left is what I have to live on for the remainder of the month.
