Exceeds expectations

Love Starling Bank. Their app is perfect. Always up to date and showing the correct information. When you have to get in touch, the call handlers are polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Best bank yet

I found this bank while looking for an alternative to traditional banks. The transfer was so easy and I can’t live without the instant updates on my spending. I have recommended them to my daughter who has since opened her 1st account with Starling. I really can’t say enough about this fantastic bank.. All traditional banks should be worried.. Banking made much simpler - but does so much more!

Before switching to Starling Bank, I was sceptical as there are so many different banks out there, offering all sorts of different perks and rates. I wanted a bank that was simple, yet allowed me to deposit cash easily when it suited me, and online tools and features with reliable security. Starling offers exactly that - the mobile app lets me see exactly what I spend, and how much of my income goes to bills, food and entertainment and more. What are the best features for me? Well, not only can I set aside money to save in the very handy 'Spaces' section of my account, I can deposit cash 7 days a week until 6.30pm at my local Post Office. Lastly, if I ever forget my PIN, all I need to do is enter my Starling password and I can see it right away in the app - no more sending out replacement PINs in the post. And I have one nifty card that does all of it. I am so happy I switched! Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Brilliant

I took out this account on a whim didn't know much about them only they had previous awards so I thought what's the worst that can happen! Well they have blew me away I love the way they have set up the online banking, so you can see how much you've spent and where. By far the best banking app iv ever used and I'm so glad I made the change!! Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Great bank app so easy to use
