Love the bank

I absolutely love Starling bank, for both personal, business and joint banking. The app is super easy to use, the customer service is excellent and I love the functionality for tracking spending in the app across merchants and categories. It's also so easy to send money to people. I also love the 'spaces' element. Reviewed on: 13th March 2025

From loads of old accounts to Starling Spaces...

We had a number of old accounts in our other main bank. Rather than having to manage all the different payments in and out of the five accounts we switched it all to Starling using their Spaces facility to create 'sub accounts' whcih gave us a single view and easy management of our monthly finances. I enjoy starling bank.

I enjoy starling bank. They have good values, and are relatively easy to use. I really like the pots functionality, where you can set aside money in different pots, which means it's still in the same account but inaccessible. However, their app could be a bit more useful in terms of viewing past transactions - they don't show you a net amount (i.e. whether you have net gained or net lost money that week/month) which would be useful. Also, they got rid of their piechart infographic on the main page in the app, which is a shame. But still a good bank. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Top bank

I’ve been with Starling Bank for nearly 5 years and I’ve never had any issues. The app is brilliant, so easy to use. I’ve paid cheques in using the app which is really convenient. I love the Saving Spaces. They help me budget each month. I wouldn’t bank with anyone else now! Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
