Superb service

The app is quick and easy to download. The different pages are easy to navigate and advice is clear and easy to follow. Customer service is superb, I called in the early hours and was assisted by a polite and extremely helpful member of the team who solved my problem quickly and without making me feel uncomfortable about my error. straightforward bank with no nasty surprises

It’s a brilliant bank to have an everyday spending acc with as every time you use card it sends notification on your phone screen. Best thing is the ability to run foreign currency accounts concurrently and just pay with same card anywhere in the world. A little bit higher interest would be much appreciated but that’s gold dust at the moment! Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
