Amazing

easy to use and manage

The reason I love starling is because i am able to put my money in different saving sections and label what i am saving for. Also, starling tells me how much I've spent each month and in different categories of what I have spent my money on and how to improve how much i spent each month and on what i spend my money on to be less of an amount and different its easy to use and doesn’t cause me any problems Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

Easy, no nonsense excellent service

From the straightforward account set up to the help with managing my spending the account is excellent and I am converted for good now! Everything you want from a bank, none of the stuff you don't.

The bank provides all of the services you need and makes accessing them a pleasure with uncluttered interfaces and simple navigations. On the rare occasion you need support, it's just a click or two away and helpful people actually answer your query and assist you with what you need. As an IT professional in the sector, it gladdened me to be able to switch to a bank with a modern IT system built to modern security standards rather than a veneer of modernity duct-taped to a creaking old legacy as per some of the older names on the highstreet! Not once have I had an unwanted sales call, nor seen an ad for ancillary services (or unrelated ones for that matter) whilst going about my daily banking. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
