Professional service with excellent customer customer approach

I called Staysure and was greeted with curtesy, empathy and knowledgeable employee. She took her time to answer all of my questions and explained the details of different policies. This helped me to choose one that best suited our family needs. This was especially important due to fluent Covid-19 restrictions. I have previously used two major Travel Insurance companies over the last several years, but I must say I have never received the levels of customer service & support that I have with Staysure. Never used yet but been with them quite a few years Just wish my heart attack in 2010 could be ignored on price as I was signed off as back to normal 8years ago. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
