My neighbour, who was 90 took out your insurance to go on a once in a lifetime trip to Rome with her daughter and granddaughter. I arranged the insurance for her as I have been a customer for a while. At very short notice the trip had to be cancelled as her daughter had hurt her back and was unable to go. We have had excellent service as far back as 2012 when I broke my arm. I would certainly recommend Staysure to my friends and family, particularly their annual policy. I feel disappointed that we have not been able to holiday abroad - it is certainly the tests we would have to arrange which has put us off rathe than any fear of catching or giving Covid.
