Excellent value, but could be quicker responding to claims...

My claim is tiny, but I haven't heard anything three weeks after submitting it. The helpline was exactly that, helpful, and the pricing was perfect. I just wish someone would get in touch about my claim! Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Great for medical cover

We have for years, before Covid, travelled abroad each year and Staysure have covered our medical conditions in claims. Very reassuring. When 2020 prevented travel. Staysure gave us a voucher for credit usable until 2023. Excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
