GREAT SERVICE, PROMPT RESPONSE TIMES AND OFFERED A DELAYED START DATE DUE TO TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS.

Best travel insurer

Stay sure is the best travel insurer I have used. They are thorough in their questioning of medical conditions but it is a much smoother experience than with many other insurers. It is also better value. Both myself and my wife have many handicaps but the price quoted is ever (to us) prohibitive. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2021

The most helpful

when my wife was diagnosed with cancer, one year ago, Staysure was very 'with it' in explaining why we could not renew our annual insurance. Stating that once she had recovered, and received an oncology letter saying she was able to fly, we would once again be able to get travel insurance. This will be put to the test, at a time that suits. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2021

successful claim

Staysure were very helpful when I phoned after sending forms to the wrong place. Then my claim following a cancellation was dealt with within three weeks as copies were acepted. I did feel that the form was a little unclear. Will definitely continue to use Staysure. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2021

Really needed this
